Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and explain Civilianz courses and offerings
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Address queries and build positive relationships with students
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Preferred
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
- Experience in education or coaching industry
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training in Quantity Surveying concepts and practical applications
- Cover topics such as estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, and contract basics
- Prepare structured lesson plans, study materials, and assignments
- Conduct live sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and practical workshops
- Evaluate student performance through tests and assessments
- Stay updated with industry practices and tools used in quantity surveying
- Support students with career guidance and skill development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E)
- Strong knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Costing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify concepts for students
- Basic knowledge of tools like Excel, AutoCAD, or QS software
Preferred
- 1,].Prior teaching or training experience
- 2,].Industry experience in quantity surveying or billing engineering
- 3.Familiarity with real project estimation and BOQ preparation
