About the Role

Civilianz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Head to oversee and streamline end-to-end operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, improving processes, and supporting the organization’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead and manage daily operations across academic, administrative, and support functions

2.Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and SOPs

3.Coordinate with academic, marketing, HR, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution

4.Monitor performance metrics and drive efficiency, quality, and cost optimization

5.Manage staff productivity, scheduling, and operational workflows

6.Oversee infrastructure, logistics, and resource planning

7.Ensure compliance with internal policies and organizational standards

8.Support strategic planning and execution aligned with company goals

9.Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions

10.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Management, Operations, or a related field

2.Minimum 5–6 years of proven experience in operations management

3.Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills

4.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

5.Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

6.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

7.Experience in education, training, or service-based organizations is an advantage

Eligibility & Requirements
