Key Responsibilities
Handle student and parent enquiries for admissions through calls, walk-ins & digital leads.
Provide accurate course and exam information based on the student’s academic profile.

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing the student admissions pipeline, driving monthly & quarterly sales targets, and mentoring a team of counsellors to ensure excellence in conversion, communication, and CRM discipline.
1.Lead, motivate, and manage the student admissions/sales team to achieve enrollment targets.
2.Handle student and parent counselling for both online and offline courses.
3.Strategize and execute monthly & quarterly sales plans.
4.Monitor lead flow, follow-up cycles, and CRM discipline.
