What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact your mentor or the Civilianz
Student Support Team as soon as possible.
You may be required to provide photographs or videos of the damaged product and its
packaging for verification. Once the details are verified, the replacement will be processed in
accordance with the applicable replacement policy.
